Yoga Classes Offered
A balanced yoga practice can be very beneficial and healing. We strive to offer the community a variety of classes ranging from floor based meditative practices to high intensity classes that focus on strength and conditioning. All of our classes are suitable for all levels, with instructors offering alternate poses to accommodate different levels in the class. We invite you to come and enjoy your favorite classes, and encourage you to try something new. Sound healing practices may be incorporated during savasana, or at the beginning or end of class, to promote relaxation and balance. Pranayama practices may be incorporated throughout the class to help students cultivate a deeper connection with their breath and release tension from the body.

Alignment Focused Classes
Great For Beginners!
Slow Flow
Slow flow yoga is a more relaxed version of vinyasa yoga, with a slower pace and longer holds in each posture. It’s great for students who want a more mindful but still active class. This is not a heated class.
Gentle Flow
Gentle flow is an active but static practice where traditional yoga poses are held longer. This is a slow practice but doesn’t flow like a vinyasa or slow flow class. This class is suitable for students of all levels, especially beginners, as modifications and variations will be offered and the slower pace allows newer students more time to find proper alignment in each posture. This is not a heated class.
