Where are you located?
We are located in Santee at 8840 N. Magnolia Ave, Suite 240. We are located on the 2nd floor above Nat’s Sweets. There is an elevator and two staircases to reach the studio.
What is your class schedule?

How do I sign up for classes?
You can sign up for class through the Schedule page of our website. You will need to create an account with MindBody online in the process. Once your account is created, you may sign up through our website or through the MindBody App, just be sure to use the same email and password.
Do I need to SIGN UP for classes BEFOREHAND, or can I just show up?
Yes, all students must sign up for classes beforehand as classes do fill up. We’d hate to turn you away!

Do you offer HEATED classes?
We offer heated and non-heated classes. Classes labeled warm are 80 – 90 F. Classes labeled hot are 90 – 105 F. All other classes are room temperature.
What is your CLASS CANCELLATION and No Show Policy?
All class cancellations must be MORE than 4 hours before the start of class. Cancelling within that window will result in a $5 late cancellation fee. If you miss your reservation, the no show fee is $10. Late fees will only be waived in case of emergency or inclement weather.
How do I cancel my class reservation?
To cancel your reservation, log into your account on our website and view your schedule. From there you can cancel your reserved spot in the class. You can also cancel by logging in directly to the MindBody app. If you are unable to cancel online please email us at management@balancedyogistudio.com.
What happens if I’m running LATE?
The studio door will be locked at the start of class. Please plan accordingly to have time to park and get to the studio before class starts. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before class start time.
Yoga studio etiquette – what should I expect?
When you arrive to the studio please check in for the class at the front desk. Personal belongings (including phone), and shoes can be left in the cubbies in the lobby. Absolutely no shoes or phones or electronics in the studio that would be disruptive during class. We lock the door during class to ensure that your things are safe. There is a restroom outside the studio down the hall. The code for entry is on the door, and you can ask the instructor for the code and where to find it. You will be practicing in a closed room with others. Please be considerate with perfumes or other body products that might be distracting for others. When entering the studio, please be mindful of others who might be taking a moment to meditate or wind down before class starts.
Do I need to bring a yoga MAT?
Yes. We have a limited number of mats at the studio, subject to availability. It is highly recommended that you bring a mat to ensure you have one for class. We have blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps for use for all students during class but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.
What should I BRING?
Bring a mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

There is ample parking in the parking lot at the studio location.
